Quick answers
How do I choose the right size?
Use your dog's weight: S up to 7kg, M 7–15kg, L 15–30kg, XL 30kg+. If your dog sits between sizes or likes to stretch out, size up. If you guess wrong, your first size swap is free.
How does the 30-night trial work?
Let your dog try the bed at home for up to 30 nights. If it isn't right for your household, contact us during the trial window and we'll cover the return postage.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping is free Australia-wide with no minimum spend, and you'll get tracking by email.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The bed is designed for washing. Follow the care label for the recommended cycle and drying so the faux-fur stays soft and the filling keeps its shape.
How often should I wash it?
For most households, a full wash every 3–4 weeks is plenty. If your dog sheds heavily, comes in wet, or sleeps on it all day, every 2 weeks keeps it fresher. In between washes, a quick vacuum over the fur and a shake outside does most of the work.
How do I spot clean it between washes?
Deal with marks while they're fresh. Blot (don't rub) with a cloth and cool water, and use a mild pet-safe detergent if you need to. Work outwards from the edge of the mark so you don't spread it, then let the fur dry fully and brush it back up with your hand or a soft brush. Avoid bleach and harsh stain removers — they'll strip the softness out of the faux-fur.
Will the fur flatten or go matted after washing?
Some flattening straight out of the machine is normal for any plush faux-fur — it's damp, not damaged. Once it's fully dry, run your hand or a soft brush through the fur against the pile and it lifts back up. The thing that actually causes matting is heat, so keep it away from hot dryers, direct heaters and long spells in harsh sun.
How do I dry it?
Air drying is best. Lay it flat or hang it somewhere with good airflow and let it dry completely before your dog uses it again — a deep-filled bed can feel dry on the outside while the centre is still damp. Give it plenty of time; rushing it with high heat is what damages the fur and the filling.
What if my dog is between two sizes?
Size up. Dogs that curl tightly are fine in the smaller size, but dogs that like to stretch out, lean hard on the rim, or shift around at night are far more comfortable with the extra room. And if you do get it wrong, your first size swap is free — so it isn't a decision you can really lose on.
I have two dogs — do they share one bed?
Some do, most don't. Dogs tend to claim a nest as their own, so if your two already sleep apart, a bed each usually works better than one large one. If you order more than one, they ship together in a single free shipment. If they genuinely curl up together, size up to the next bed rather than buying two.
What if my dog won't use it?
Give it a few nights — some dogs claim it immediately, others need to decide it's theirs. It helps to put the bed where they already choose to sleep, rather than where you'd like them to, and to pop something that smells like home in it for the first night or two. Don't lift them into it; let them find it. And if after 30 nights they've still shown no interest, contact us and we'll arrange free return shipping and a full refund.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, so you can split your order into 4 interest-free payments.
